CP8 moves the Lab from a curated archive toward a living engineering record.
The project model already tracked status, but that information was mostly invisible to visitors. The archive now exposes documented project activity without pretending to provide live operational monitoring.
This keeps the site aligned with the larger engineering principle of the Lab:
make useful state visible, but do not invent authority the system does not have.
The implementation remains static, repository-backed and zero-cost.
