The first stable release established the Engineering Lab as a usable content-driven website.
The release brought together the initial content architecture, project and content detail pages, navigation, homepage dashboard, and responsive behavior.
The goal was not to build a large platform immediately.
It was to establish a stable foundation that could be extended incrementally without losing the simplicity of the system.
This became the baseline for the later v1.1 and CP2/CP3 work.
